The "double trust" that Macbeth would be breaking if he kills Duncan are him and Duncan are kinsman and he is Duncan's subject. Kinsman which it means they are related with one another by blood which Duncan is his cousin while the next one is that he is Duncan's subject means he has swear his allegiance and honor to Duncan. Also Duncan was known as a virtuous king and the risk at stake is high.
