First we want to know the surface of the circle, which is

with r representing the radius. In this case
[tex]\pi \times {8}^{2} = [/tex]

To find the volume of the cylinder we have to multiply this outcome with the height.
[tex]64\pi \times 25 = [/tex]
[tex]64 \times 3.14 \times 25 = [/tex]
[tex]5024[/tex]
Hence, the volume of the cylinder is about 5024 cubic cm.
