To find the answer, you do these steps.

1) Simplify the brackets.
5 - x - 5 > -2(x + 4)

2) Put 5 - x - 5 as -x

-x > -2(x + 4)

3) Solve x + 4

-x > -2x - 8

4) Add 2x to both sides of equation.

-x + 2x > -8

5) Do -x + 2x to x

x > -8

Your answer is A.

Hope this helps! ☺♥
