No you do not necessarily have to go through a 4 year program , college , or whatever to become a massage therapist . The requirements to become a massage therapist vary from state to state in the US and sometimes from city to city in some states .
To be a massage therapist you must be trained and if you want to be smart on learn about the body then you probably should go to college
