You should make sure to have no long sleeves, and if you do to roll them up, and that if you have long hair you should tie it back.

Make sure not to get your clothes in it take off long selves or fold them also contain any body parts and protect them, if you have hair make sure it doenst get in the way, also make sure the area around you is clear of any flammable surfaces.
