(5/7)/(3/2)=x/(12/5)

(5/7)(2/3)=x(5/12)

10/21=5x/12

5x=120/21

x=120/105

x=24/21

x=8/7

cross multiplying

=> 3x /2 = 12/7
=> 7x = 8
=>  x =8/7
