We will have the following:

*x = -1 => y = 7(-1) + 4 = -3

*x = 0 => y = 7(0) + 4 = 4

*x = 1 => y = 7(1) + 4 = 11

*x = 2 => y = 7(2) + 4 = 18

*x = 3 => y = 7(3) + 4 = 25
