In general, the slope-intercept form of a linear equation is

Thus, in our case,

[tex]\begin{gathered} y-2=-5(x-2) \\ \Rightarrow y-2=-5x+10 \\ \Rightarrow y=-5x+12 \end{gathered}[/tex]

The answer is y=-5x+12
