[tex]g(x)=-y^2\text{ + 9y + 10}[/tex]

To find g(-2)

We will have to replace y in the function with -2

[tex]g(-2)=-(-2)^2\text{ + 9(-2) + 10}[/tex]

g(-2) = - 1x 4 + 9 x -2 + 10

g(-2) = -4 -18 + 10

g(-2) = -22 + 10

g(-2) = -12
