well first 7 doesnt go into 5, but it goes into 56. 7*8 is 56 so u put an 8 in top. 56-56 is 0. you bring down the next 0 [nxt to the 6] 7 goes into zero 0 times. You write a zero next to the 8. subtract 0 from 0 [yes its annoying but it said to show work...] 0-0 is 0. Bring down the last zero and repeat. 5600/7 is 800
