The first group has a blue circle followed by a red circle with the first sequential number in it.
The second group has a red number with the next sequential number in it followed by a blue circle.
The third group is a repeat of the first group just with the next sequential number.
This means that the next group should by a repeat of the second group with the next sequential number. That pattern group is displayed in C.
