I can see how this question can be confusing because technically all of these could be counted as a list of instructions - software and application are words for types of programs, and coding is what all of them are made up of and contains instructions.
I do believe the right answer is that a program as I have learnt that a program is a sequence of instructions that tell a computer how to do a task.
