Explanation:

if you mean 5.3 cm for square it's okay

but if you mean 5:3 it's rectangle

i gonna solve both

case I

l = 5.3

perimeter = 4L= 4*5.3= 212 square cm

case II

l=5 cm

b=3 cm

perimeter=2(l+b)= 2*( 5+8)= 2*8= 16 square cm
