I'd rather not be the one to crush your dream, but you can't.
The probability of you (as a fan) ever being able to meet him/ talk to him is small.
But if you ever do get the chance; probably with a few english words and some hand gestures you might be able to convey your message to him, just like you can to anyone else. He's still human after all.
