You run down the hall trying to get to physics on time. You start with an initial velocity of 1.5m/s. After 15.8s you are running at 5.8m/s. Calculate your acceleration.

a=(5.8-1.5)÷15.8

a=4.3÷15.8

a=0.27m/s
