since climate is the general weather conditions prevailing in an area over a long period the effects are not noticed in few months of years but weather is the state of atmosphere at a place and time as regards temperature ,wind ,rain etc. and the effects of weather can be seen within hours and weather's like hot ,cold are what you get due to the climate condition that you expect. meaning that all weather changes are results of climate conditions.
