It would certainly be a lot easier to answer if we could see all of the numbers
in the question but, sadly, part of the first line is outside the picture.

Square kilometers  =  (one dimension in km) x (the other dimension in km) .

Then, since each square km = 100 ha,

The number of hectares is  (100) x (number of square km) .
