the roots of the equation x² + rx+s=0 are ⅔ and -3, find the value of r and s​

Formula: Sum of roots = -b/a

-3 + 2/3 = -r/1

-7/3 = -r

r = 7/3

Formula: Product of roots = c/a

-3(2/3) = s/1

-2 = s

s = -2
