[tex]log_ax = b[/tex]

[tex]a^b=x[/tex]

So

[tex]log x = 36[/tex]

Normally when we don't have anything in the down side it's 10

[tex]log_{10}x=36[/tex]

[tex]10^{36}=x[/tex]
