The equation given is:

c(x) = 4/3x + (-4)

Plug in 3 and solve:

c(3) = 4/3(3) + (-4)

c(3) = 12/3 + (-4)

c(3) = 4 + (-4)

Answer: c(3) = 0

Hope I helped!
