We can use ratios to solve this.
[tex] \frac{200}{32} = \frac{x}{15} [/tex]
cross multiply equations

32x = 15 x 200

32x = 3000

x = 3000/32

x = 93.75

15 pound person on the moon would weigh 93.75 pound on earth.
