After "Hey" should I put a comma? I don't want to put a name after tho

You do need a comma!

That depends on what tone you want the "hey" to have.  If you are trying to write with more enthusiasm, you should use an exclamation point.  Ex: "Hey!  I wanted to eat the last cookie!"  If you are using "hey" simply as a greeting or with more subtlety, you should use a comma.  Ex: Hey, can you pass me the salt?
