Mike Huckabee respond to "Brutus" statement on natural rights by taking stand about the ideas on AIDS. He said that we need to take steps regarding the issue on AIDS virus that would isolate the carriers of it. He added that it's difficult to understand the public policy on AIDS and that would be the first time in which carriers have not been isolated in general population.
